#FitReaders Check-In: October 21, 2016

Each week, those who are participating in #FitReaders do a check-in where they share how their week went, fitness-wise. I’ll be trying to post these check-ins each week on Friday.
My Goals (For Now)
-Exercise at least 3 days/week
-Try to get at least 5,000 steps/day
These goals are just for now, because I’m trying to start small. Once I am hitting these goals frequently, I’ll switch to harder goals.
I really didn’t do great this week. :(
Friday (10/14): No exercise, 3,207 steps
Saturday (10/15): No exercise, 1,835 steps (wow, that’s pretty bad!)
Sunday (10/16): Walked around a pumpkin patch for a few hours, 4,921 steps
Monday (10/17): Walked on treadmill 20 minutes, 6,145 steps
Tuesday (10/18): Dance party with myself 10 minutes, 5,136 steps
Wednesday (10/19): No exercise, 1,841 steps (pretty bad again!)
Thursday (10/20): No exercise, 3,092 steps
