#FitReaders Check-In: September 16, 2016

Each week, those who are participating in #FitReaders do a check-in where they share how their week went, fitness-wise. I’ll be trying to post these check-ins each week on Friday.
My Goals (For Now)
-Exercise at least 3 days/week
-Try to get at least 5,000 steps/day
These goals are just for now, because I’m trying to start small. Once I am hitting these goals frequently, I’ll switch to harder goals.
This week has been a bit better than the last couple of months. I did pretty well with those goals this week! And I also got my Fun Mile in for September!
Friday (9/9): Walked on treadmill 20 minutes, had a dance party with my 1.5 year old for 10 minutes, 5,941 steps
Saturday (9/10): I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to exercise without the little one around, so I just walked around my living room for 20 minutes, often holding the kiddo as well, 5,060 steps
Sunday (9/11): No exercise, 4,594 steps
Monday (9/12): Walked on treadmill for 25 minutes, 1 mile (Fun Mile for September, see photo), 6,688 steps
Tuesday (9/13): No exercise, 2,921 steps
Wednesday (9/14): No exercise, 3,662 steps
Thursday (9/15): Walked on treadmill for 20 minutes, 5,346 steps
