#FitReaders Check-In: August 12, 2016

Each week, those who are participating in #FitReaders do a check-in where they share how their week went, fitness-wise. I’ll be trying to post these check-ins each week on Friday.
I really haven’t been very successful with keeping up with my exercise for a while now, and I hoped that this week would turn it around, but I didn’t feel well for a good portion of the week, so this week was another flop. I’m feeling better now, so I’m going to make sure the next week is a successful one!
But I did get in my Fun Mile for August this week! So at least I feel like I accomplished something!
Friday (8/5): 21 Day Fix Cardio Fix, 20 minutes
Saturday (8/6): No exercise
Sunday (8/7): No exercise
Monday (8/8): Walked with my son, 26 minutes, 1 mile-August Fun Mile (see photo)
Tuesday (8/9): No exercise
Wednesday (8/10): No exercise
Thursday (8/11): No exercise
