#FitReaders Check-In: July 22, 2016

Each week, those who are participating in #FitReaders do a check-in where they share how their week went, fitness-wise. I’ll be trying to post these check-ins each week on Friday.
I didn’t have a check-in last week because my blog was moving over to WordPress and it would have messed things up to do a new post over on Blogger, so I just decided that this check-in would be for both weeks.
I’ve still been taking kind of a break from exercise on most days because I’ve been spending a lot of time on the blog, but also because I just haven’t had time to exercise a lot of these days. Hopefully soon I’ll get back in the swing of things! But I did get one of my fun miles in this past week, so that’s good!
Friday 7/8: No exercise

Sunday 7/10: Walk with family, 25 minutes
Monday 7/11: No exercise
Tuesday 7/12: Walk with Kiddo 1, 30 minutes
Wednesday 7/13: 21 Day Fix Barre Legs, 30 minutes
Thursday 7/14: No exercise
Friday 7/15: No exercise
Saturday 7/16: No exercise
Sunday 7/17: No exercise
Monday 7/18: No exercise
Tuesday 7/19: Walk with family, 28 minutes – *Fun Mile for July (see photo)
Wednesday 7/20: Walk with family, 20 minutes
Thursday 7/21: 21 Day Fix Pilates Fix, 30 minutes
