#FitReaders Check-In: July 8, 2016

Each week, those who are participating in #FitReaders do a check-in where they share how their week went, fitness-wise. I’ll be trying to post these check-ins each week on Friday.
So this past week was kind of a break for me. We had a busy holiday weekend and then I just really didn’t feel like exercising a lot. And I’ve been exercising almost every day since the middle of April and I feel like maybe a little break was okay. But I’m not going to stop exercising!
Friday 7/1: Walk with family, 15 minutes
Saturday 7/2: I didn’t do any kind of walking or exercise routine, but I did spend a lot of time cleaning my house, which I think should count! About 1.5-2 hours.
Sunday 7/3: No exercise
Monday 7/4: No exercise
Tuesday 7/5: No exercise
Wednesday 7/6: Walk with family, 20 minutes
Thursday 7/7: 21 Day Fix Upper Fix, 30 minutes

I think it's always good to take a rest – even it's a whole week! Your body needs it every once in a while :) Hope you have a good week coming up!!!
