#FitReaders Check-In: June 24, 2016

Each week, those who are participating in #FitReaders do a check-in where they share how their week went, fitness-wise. I’ll be trying to post these check-ins each week on Friday.
My Week
This week, I had a couple of days where I wasn’t feeling good, and then I started 21 Day Fix, which, let me tell you, seems like a MUCH better workout than Cize. I love dancing, but Cize really didn’t ever leave me sore. It made me sweat, for sure, but it just didn’t feel like it was doing much for me, other than helping me to get up off the couch (which isn’t nothing, I’ll admit). I did Cize for 7 weeks and really saw no progress. But I feel like I might just see progress with 21 Day Fix. *Fingers crossed*
Friday 6/17: Walked/jogged on treadmill, 20 minutes
Saturday 6/18: Only exercise was playing pool at tournament :(
Sunday 6/19: No exercise :(
Monday 6/20: 21 Day Fix Day 1, 10 minutes (felt sick)
Tuesday 6/21: 21 Day Fix Day 2, 32 minutes
Wednesday 6/22: 21 Day Fix Day 3, 30 minutes
Thursday 6/23: No exercise :( I’ll have to do two 21 Day Fix workouts on Friday to make up for it, I guess!

June 24, 2016 at 5:25 pmI hope 21 Day Fix is a good/better fit for you. Maybe after doing it for a while, you can do some of the Cize for fun!
