Stacking the Shelves (55)

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme, hosted by Tynga at Tynga’s Reviews, where bloggers can share the books and bookish items that we’ve bought, borrowed, or received each week.

This StS is for the past two weeks.

Purchased
A Clash of Kings (A Song of Ice and Fire #2) by George R.R. Martin

I finally finished A Game of Thrones about a week and a half ago (I started it in October!) and of course I had to go buy the second book in the series.  I just hope it doesn’t take me 10 months to finish this one!

What did you guys get this week?  Let me know, or leave a link to your StS post (or IMM or any other alternative) in the comments and I’ll try to stop by your blog!

I bet it won't take you as long to read this one! Your feet are wet, so to speak, and by now you should be pretty anxious to know what's going to happen next with all the Starks, Lannisters, Targaryens, and such. Happy reading!

I am reading A Clash of Kings at the moment and likewise it took me ages to get into and read A Game of Thrones, so much that I set it down and decided to come back to it and I read it much quicker that time. Hopefully for the pair of us, we will finish this book a lot quicker!
    Happy reading.
