In Bed With These Broken Stars

In Bed With a Book (formerly known as Sundays in Bed With…) is a blog hop/meme started by my friend Kate at Midnight Book Girl, where we can highlight the book that we’re spending the day in bed reading (or the one we wish we could be reading all day in bed!).

I hope to be spending the day in bed reading…

These Broken Stars by Amie Kaufman & Meagan Spooner

I started this book almost a week ago, and then my husband, son, and I all caught the stomach flu and were down for the count for a few days.  Then there was Thanksgiving, and then lounging around the day after Thanksgiving, and then shopping yesterday… Basically I’ve been slacking on reading for a week.  And I was also sick a couple of weeks ago, so my blog really has been lagging behind.  But today is a new month and I’m hoping December will be a good month of reading, reviewing, and connecting with other bloggers!  And I’ve heard that These Broken Stars is really fantastic, so I’m hoping to have a lot of reading time ASAP!

Are you lounging around, reading in bed today?  Let me know in the comments, or leave a link to your post if you’re participating in this meme and I’ll stop by your blog!

I'm rededicating myself to blogging this month too! I've slacked for months now (heck, I didn't even get the post up for In Bed With A Book until just now), but that's the one thing I love about book blogging- it's easy to get back into.

Sucks that ya'll were sick! But hopefully that means you'll have a healthy December!

I hope to read a lot more (and review) this month too. Love that picture of your son! So cute!

I'm in the middle of this too! Hopefully I get to finish it this weekend. :)
