Stacking the Shelves (35)

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme, hosted by Tynga at Tynga’s Reviews, where bloggers can share the books and bookish items that we’ve bought, borrowed, or received each week.

This StS is for the past two weeks.

Purchased
Transparent by Natalie Whipple
Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas
Masque of the Red Death by Bethany Griffin
Mila 2.0 by Debra Driza
The Cuckoo’s Calling by Robert Galbraith (J.K. Rowling)

So as of the day this post publishes, I’ll be in my new house, halfway across the country!  But before, when we went into our new town for just a week to find a house, we went to the bookstore, and I got all these great books. I’m happy there are some good bookstores in my new town!

For Review
Exile (Keeper of the Lost Cities #2) by Shannon Messenger – Thanks so much to Simon Aladdin!

What did you guys get this week?  Let me know, or leave a link to your StS post (or IMM or any other alternative) in the comments and I’ll stop by your blog!

Ooh, great haul! I want to read Throne of Glasss, Mila 2.0, and Masque of the Red Death. I need to finish some of the books I'm already reading, though! And then some of the books I own. I keep acquiring them, but going to the library and reading their books instead! And the library is having a used book sale in about three weeks, too!

I hope everything went relatively smoothly while you were moving!

Whoops, I've read Throne of Glass, so I meant I'm looking forward to reading the second one!

LOVE all the new books you picked up. Consider me offically jealous of the Keeper Exile ARC. The first book was one of my favorites last year and I am DYING to read this one. :)

What a great haul! Throne of Glass as a series is amazing, but I definitely prefer book two. I hope you love it! Also, Masque of the Red Death is unlike any other book out there – a mash of steampunk, dystopian, and a little bit of horror. The atmosphere is amazing. Not sure if you've read it yet, but if you haven't I really hope you love it when you do!
