Sundays in Bed With… (17)

Sundays in Bed With… is a new meme/feature started by my friend Kate at Midnight Book Girl, where we can highlight the book that we’re spending the day in bed reading (or the one we wish we could be reading all day in bed!).

I’m spending this Sunday in Bed With…

The Amber Spyglass by Philip Pullman

Yes, I know I was supposed to have that finished by the end of October since I had that readalong and everything.  But I’ve gotten behind, okay?!?  I don’t have much left in the book, though.

I won’t actually be reading in bed today–my uncle died on Friday and I’ll be on my way to his viewing and funeral today.  But maybe I’ll be able to read a bit in the car.

What are you spending this Sunday in bed with?  Let me know in the comments, or leave a link to your post if you’re participating in this meme and I’ll stop by your blog!

I'm so sorry to hear about your uncle.
I have never read a Philip Pullman book and I know I should.

I'm so sorry to hear about your uncle.

Hopefully you'll be able to finish The Amber Spyglass and move on to something else!

I'm so sorry for your loss, Andrea!

I've gotten a bit behind too, and I realize that there just isn't time to read all the books I want to by the end of the year.

I'm sorry to hear about your uncle! Also… it's totally okay to be behind sometimes!
