Sundays in Bed With… (4)
Sundays in Bed With… is a new meme/feature started by my friend Kate at Midnight Book Girl, where we can highlight the book that we’re spending the day in bed reading (or the one we wish we could be reading all day in bed!).
I’m spending this Sunday in Bed With…
Delirium by Lauren Oliver
I’m finally reading Delirium! It’s the May selection for my book club, which meets in two weeks. I haven’t been able to read too much this week, so it’s taking me a lot longer to read this book than it normally would. But I hope to finish it today or tomorrow.
What are you spending this Sunday in bed with? Let me know in the comments, or leave a link to your post if you’re participating in this meme and I’ll stop by your blog!

May 6, 2012 at 4:01 pmI'm going to be in bed with my laptop, dog and a copy of City of Bones. I hope you enjoy Delirium. I have it on my bookcase but I haven't gotten to it yet.

May 7, 2012 at 4:04 amOh, man, I need to read City of Bones, too. It's on my shelf! One of these days I'll get to it!

May 6, 2012 at 4:02 pmI'm actually almost done with Divergent now and I'm sad it took me this long to read it. I am glad that I read Delirium back when it first made the arc rounds. Dystopian wasn't as prevalent as it is now, and I remember being really blown away by it. Plus, I did the cover! Can't wait to hear what you and the book club think! ;) Thanks for participating!!

May 7, 2012 at 4:09 amI'm going to reread Divergent after finishing Delirium! I'll be interested to see what you think about Divergent, but I'll probably wait until after I post my review to read yours so that I don't accidentally plagiarize your review! :/

May 6, 2012 at 8:15 pmAfter checking blogs, I'm going to be relaxing in bed with Firebird by Jack McDevitt. It's a sci-fi book and after a long tiring weekend, I hope it will hold my attention. I really enjoyed Delirium and hope you do too.

May 7, 2012 at 4:10 amI've never heard of Firebird – I'll have to check it out since I really like Sci-Fi!

May 6, 2012 at 10:59 pmI hope your enjoying Delirium.I can't wait to hear what you think about Delirium. Pandemonium is good too, but it's really different. I can't wait to see how she pulls it all together. My Partials review should be up later this week, but so far so good!
Andrea @ The Overstuffed Bookcase
May 7, 2012 at 4:11 amI'm looking forward to your Partials review! I probably won't have my Delirium review up for a while, because I normally wait until after book club to post our book club selections. But I'm liking it so far!

May 7, 2012 at 3:35 amOooo, Delirium… I haven't read it yet but have bought it and can't wait to tear into it!!! I wish I could have spent Sunday in bed with a book, but I had to work lol! I hope you enjoy Delirium!
Andrea @ The Overstuffed Bookcase
May 7, 2012 at 4:22 amWell, I never really get to spend the day in bed, but I wish I could! I'd get so much more reading done! ;)

May 7, 2012 at 11:03 amEnjoy Delirium!
Yesterday I actually did read Insurgent in bed.
I agree with you on the re-reading. It helped that I'd just listened to Divergent on audio to help me write those trivia questions. Insurgent starts right where Divergent left off and there's not much recapping.

May 8, 2012 at 4:10 amYeah, I remember a lot of Divergent, but not everything so I wanted to refresh my memory. Plus I haven't written a review on this blog for Divergent yet, and it also counts towards a reading challenge I'm participating in. I can't wait to read Insurgent, though!

May 8, 2012 at 11:35 pmGreat choice Andrea! I get paid on Friday and will be picking up the book then. I can't believe there is still another two whole weeks until book club! It feels like forever!
Andrea @ The Overstuffed Bookcase
May 9, 2012 at 2:46 amWell, more like a week and a half now. ;) But yeah, it's been forever because we didn't meet last month because of the darn tornadoes, and the meeting before that, Ame and Mandy weren't there. So it's been a long time since we've all been together!

May 9, 2012 at 3:01 amI really enjoyed this one. I can't wait to hear what you think!

May 9, 2012 at 3:25 amIt was the May selection for my book club, so I won't have the review up until after May 19th, because I like to wait for my rating/review until after we've talked about it. ;)
