Stacking the Shelves (2)

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme, hosted by Tynga at Tynga’s Reviews, where bloggers can share the books and bookish items that we’ve bought, borrowed, or received each week.

This StS is for the past two weeks.

Won
Glass Houses (The Morganville Vampires #1) by Rachel Caine + Black Dawn bookmark (Thanks so much to Erica @ The Book Cellar and Penguin!)

Gifts
My husband took me to Half Price Books for Mother’s Day and I got such a great deal on all these books:
Suite Scarlett by Maureen Johnson
13 Little Blue Envelopes by Maureen Johnson
A Great and Terrible Beauty by Libba Bray
Matched by Ally Condie
The Lying Game by Sara Shepard
Fracture by Megan Miranda
The Dead-Tossed Waves by Carrie Ryan (I thought I was getting book 1 – Oops!)
Gregor the Overlander by Suzanne Collins
(Thanks, J, for the wonderful Mother’s Day!)

Purchased
I bought a couple ebooks for my Kindle, and found a couple of freebies (Thanks to Rachel @ Parajunkee’s View for her posts on Kindle deals!):
Starcrossed by Josephine Angelini (99¢!)
Soulless by Gail Carriger (99¢!)
Exiled by Rashelle Workman (Free!)
Entangled by Nikki Jefford (Free!)
(The links on the prices take you to Amazon – unfortunately, Soulless is no longer on sale, and Entangled is free for those with Amazon Prime, but only 99¢ for those without Amazon Prime!)

What did you guys get this week?  Let me know, or leave a link to your StS post (or IMM or any other alternative) in the comments and I’ll stop by your blog!

Yep, Soulless and Starcrossed were $.99, but Exiled and Entangled were free! I think Soulless is now like $7 or $8 and Entangled is now $.99, but I think the others are still at the same price.

I haven't read any Maureen Johnson yet but I love her from her vlogs and Twitter and Tumblr! I got The Name of the Star a while ago but haven't gotten around to it yet. I really want to read all her books, though!

I know – I told myself I was going to just read the books I had on my shelves and then borrow books from the library, but I just can't stop buying them! It's a sickness, really… ;)
