Dewey’s 24-Hour Read-a-Thon: Book Sentence Mini-Challenge

This mini-challenge is hosted by my blogger friend Kim @ On the Wings of Books.  I’d seen this challenge before from reading my friends’ blogs who participated in the readathon before, so I’m excited for this one!

Basically you just take at least 3 books and mash their titles together making one complete sentence.  You can’t add or subtract words from the titles, and you can’t use the author’s name.

Mine came out a bit more poetic than a regular sentence, but I really like it!

“Never let me go when love dies; under the dome, under the never sky.”

I’m pretty proud of that one, since it was my first time and everything!  I didn’t use the “Sweet Valley High” part, because I think of it as more of the series name than the book title.  I hope that doesn’t disqualify me!  Did you participate in this mini-challenge too?  If so, leave a link to your blog and I’ll come check out your sentence!

Such an awesome sentence! Sounds like a line straight out of a book!! :) Good luck with the rest of your reading today!

Lol I don't think Kate would mind because this was her challenge before and she gifted it to me. I didn't participate in too many challenges (with all that talking I couldn't take the time) but a lot of them looked good.

Hmmmmm. I'm really sorry if I'm leaving this comment twice but it's not showing it, even though I could have sworn I typed one.

LOVE your sentence! It's one of the best I've seen. I hope you're having a great readathon and actually getting some reading done unlike the three of us :)

I see both on my end. Maybe we've hurt the internet with all the readathon comments and it just doesn't want to show things sometimes? ;)

Now they both show up! Sometimes bloggers is so confusing!
