Sundays in Bed With… (1)
Sundays in Bed With… is a new meme/feature started by my friend Kate at Midnight Book Girl, where we can highlight the book that we’re spending the day in bed reading (or the one we wish we could be reading all day in bed!).
I’m spending this Sunday in Bed With…
Well, actually, I’m not really reading it very much today because I’ve gotten behind on my blogging (so I’m writing this post, going through my Google Reader, commenting, etc.), and my son is being pretty bad today so I’ll need to relieve my husband from toddler duty soon. But when he takes a nap I’ll be right back to my blogging and reading!
And in case you didn’t know, I’m reading Wither as a part of the Catch Wither Fever Read-Along Event that I’m co-hosting with Jessie from The Daily Bookmark. Click on the button below for more info on the event (P.S. There’s a giveaway!).
What are you spending this Sunday in bed with? Let me know in the comments, or leave a link to your post if you’re participating in this meme and I’ll stop by your blog!

March 25, 2012 at 8:20 pmOh this is a great meme. No, Jessie. Don't participate in any more memes. And stop talking in the third person. Haha, I'm going a little bonkers.
Anyway, I hope the little man calms down so you can get some quality reading time in! I'm reading Hemlock/"watching the NASCAR race", quotes absolutely intentional. ; ) Happy Sunday!

March 25, 2012 at 9:02 pmI know, another meme! I have about 7 that I participate in, but I only do a couple per week. I would like to get that number even lower, and just rotate the memes like 1 every week, but until I get caught up on my reading, I feel like I need to post something, and if it's not a review, it's going to be a meme. At least it's still book related!

March 25, 2012 at 10:44 pmThat is exactly what I was reading in bed today — got up, made some tea, and got back under the covers. I read Fever first (since I've already read Wither) and then I went and got Wither and started on that.

March 25, 2012 at 11:44 pmI just started Wither last night. I honestly had no idea what it was about other than it was dystopian. I'm a little shocked. It's pretty gritty, gruesome, and twisted for such a pretty cover.

March 26, 2012 at 10:32 pmI know! I remember reading the synopsis a long time ago, but I really didn't remember what it was about. I kind of like going into books that way, though, so I don't really have preconceived ideas about it. But yeah, it's pretty gritty so far!

March 26, 2012 at 1:31 amWither is such a read in bed kind of book… or reading on a fainting couch (chaise?). I can't wait to hear your thoughts of Wither, I enjoyed it but ended up not every excited by the love "triangle". Thanks for participating!

March 26, 2012 at 10:33 pmIt is totally a read in bed kind of book! I wish I could just read it in bed all day! I'm enjoying it so far, but I'm not very far along yet. I'll have a review up within the next week or so.
