#FitReaders Check-In: November 12, 2016

Each week, those who are participating in #FitReaders do a check-in where they share how their week went, fitness-wise. I’ll be trying to post these check-ins each week on Friday.
My Goals (For Now)
-Exercise at least 3 days/week
-Try to get at least 5,000 steps/day
These goals are just for now, because I’m trying to start small. Once I am hitting these goals frequently, I’ll switch to harder goals.
This post is actually for the past two weeks. I haven’t been very active lately. I’d like to blame it on the election (and I will blame most of this past week on the election), but I’ve not been very active before then as well. So I really haven’t been reaching either of my goals at all lately. But I did get in two Fun Miles during these past two weeks! One counts for November and one counts as a make-up for May. Which means I’m done with all the make-up months, since I started in June! (These update posts usually start with a Friday and end on Thursday, but with this one I’ve ended on a Friday, so that I can add that second Fun Mile on this post. It just feels easier for me to put them both on one post, IDK.) But hopefully I can be a bit more active for the rest of the month.
Friday (10/28): No exercise, 4,926 steps
Saturday (10/29): No exercise, 2,664 steps
Sunday (10/30): No exercise, 2,325 steps
Monday (10/31): No exercise, 4,551 steps
Tuesday (11/01): 10 minute dance party, 4,611 steps
Wednesday (11/02): No exercise, 1,883 steps
Thursday (11/03): Walked on treadmill 20 minutes, 4,700 steps
Friday (11/04): No exercise, 1,741 steps
Saturday (11/05): Walked on treadmill 25 minutes *Fun Mile (see top photo) + 15 min dance party, 6,016 steps
Sunday (11/06): No exercise, 2,444 steps
Monday (11/07): No exercise, 1,683 steps
Tuesday (11/08): No exercise, 2,188 steps
Wednesday (11/09): No exercise, 1,753 steps
Thursday (11/10): No exercise, 2,804 steps
Friday (11/11): Walked on treadmill 25 minutes *Fun Mile (see bottom photo), 4,680 steps
