#FitReaders Check-In: July 1, 2016

Each week, those who are participating in #FitReaders do a check-in where they share how their week went, fitness-wise. I’ll be trying to post these check-ins each week on Friday.
I’m signing up for another month of #FitReaders! But this update, of course, is for the past week, which is the last week of June.
This past week I exercised every day except for Saturday, when I was really feeling very sick. I don’t know what it is lately, but I’ve been getting these little bugs that last a day and then a few days later I have them again. Hopefully it won’t happen anymore!
I’ve been continuing on with the 21 Day Fix, although I’ve gotten behind so it’ll be more like a 24 or 25 Day Fix, but that’s okay. I feel like the most important thing for me right now is to just keep exercising. We’re trying to eat healthier as well, and hopefully we’ll get into the groove of that soon.
Friday 6/24: 21 Day Fix Pilates Fix, 30 minutes
Saturday 6/25: No exercise (sick)
Sunday 6/26: 21 Day Fix Cardio Fix, 12 minutes (The cardio fixes are the hardest for me!)
Monday 6/27: 21 Day Fix Dirty 30, 18 minutes (What fresh hell is this?)
Tuesday 6/28: 21 Day Fix Yoga Fix, 30 minutes (That’s more my speed…)
Wednesday 6/29: Walking with family, 15 minutes (Too hot out to go any longer!)
Thursday 6/30: 21 Day Fix Total Body Cardio Fix, 18 minutes (Still not a fan of the cardio fixes!)
